Things may have been quiet on my page, but not so behind the scenes! Life has been busy, and the photography side of things has kept pace. I am so grateful for the wonderful people who keep me on the go. I enjoy every session and the great visits had along the way. 🧡

I love any evening taking photos, but evenings when I get some adorable helpers are even better. I swear you get the best "Mom & Dad" photos when you have a little one to press the button ❤️ Thank you so much to the Vellacott Family for having me out, I enjoyed every minute from Norah's curls to Kyrie's seaweed catch!

A Sunday afternoon appreciation post before a busy week unfolds. Today I am hoping to finish up my last week's sessions, and prep my equipment ahead of my next wedding. Wyatt & Ursula were married on a blustery day this past April, and I am still a little in awe of the fact that the sweet little boy I love is not only a man, but a whole husband. It really doesn't seem possible that our family is at this point of branching out, but it's true, and happening fast! It really is the best feeling to watch someone you love find an amazing match like this. I wouldn't be where I am without my family, and I am so happy to be able to offer them photos in return. Anyone who knows me well knows I am an "acts of service" girl, and my photography is really just an extension of that. Thank you again to Wyatt and Ursula for allowing me to be a part of your day. 🤍

Last year, I was asked to do engagement photos. I could not have been more thrilled. This shot is from my old camera, before all the late nights watching classes, before the new equipment purchases, back when I had a “good” camera that was older than my oldest child 🤣 but it was so fun. This was the beginning, and next week I get to shoot the wedding. I am so excited to watch these two begin their life together, and even more blessed to be a part of it. Thank you again, Joel and Angela. 💗

I had such an incredible evening with Kiernan and his family. He is clearly a pro when it comes to photos, and having both sets of grandparents here for his big day was so special. The bond between them all was so heartwarming. This is a small sample of the evening, and can we take a moment to appreciate this SKY for a moment? We had a bit of rain early on in the shoot, and I was afraid that we were going to be cut short. But the sunset made up for all of it. I actually had a bit of a hard time editing these because the sky was so vivid and unreal that it almost looked fake. I can assure you, it isn't! Thank you again to the Griffin Family for having me, it was such a special evening.
