Engagement photos don’t have to be bright, airy, and traditionally romantic. There’s something so beautiful about leaning into deeper tones, shadows, and a little bit of drama.

One of my last shoots before having my baby, and somehow I’m only just getting around to sharing it. 🤍

It was so special to see Jessica Hbtz and their beautiful family again. There’s something so meaningful about getting to photograph the same family year after year and watching their little one grow along the way.

I never take it for granted when a family invites me back to document another season of their lives. It’s such a privilege to preserve these little pieces of time for them.

As summer slowly gives way to fall, I find myself wanting to document these ordinary days a little more. To remember this summer season exactly as it is, as we stepped into a new chapter of our lives.

My FIL has spent countless hours in our neighbourhood, beautifying public spaces for everyone to enjoy. Today, his sunflowers are the highlight. They are bright little reminders of the care he pours into the places around him, and his contribution to nature, giving pollinators something to enjoy as they prepare for winter.
