Some wedding days leave a mark on your heart forever, and this was one of them.

I’ve known this beautiful bride since we were little girls spending countless hours together doing gymnastics. We’ve grown up side by side, experienced so many different seasons of life, and watched each other navigate love, heartbreak, and everything in between. So getting to stand behind my camera and witness you marry the person who makes your eyes light up the way Alex does… that was something I’ll never forget.

Every wedding I have the privilege of capturing means the world to me, but watching one of your closest friends marry the love of her life is a feeling that’s hard to put into words. It wasn’t just about documenting a beautiful day, it was about celebrating two people I truly believe were meant to find each other.

The love you share is so genuine, effortless, and full of joy. You make each other better, and anyone who spends even a few minutes around you can see how happy you are together. It has been such a blessing to watch your relationship grow into the beautiful marriage it is today.

Thank you for trusting me with these memories. It was an honour I’ll carry with me forever.

Congratulations to the Lebruns. I love you both so much, and I can’t wait to watch this next chapter unfold. Here’s to a lifetime of laughter, good health, endless adventures, and always choosing each other. And selfishly… I can’t wait to be an honorary auntie one day💌

I’ve been dreaming of a session like this for a long time, and it somehow turned out even better than I imagined. It was also this couple’s first time in front of the camera, but they were complete naturals. Their love, trust, and connection made every photo feel effortless, and I’m so grateful I got to capture it💌

✨ A new chapter begins ✨

This is a bittersweet announcement to make, but I’m so excited to finally share it…

📍Lapalme Photography is officially moving to Ottawa this August!

While Ottawa will now be the home base for my business, Sudbury will always be home to me. This community has supported me from the very beginning, trusted me with your biggest milestones, and helped me grow into the photographer I am today. I truly can’t thank you enough!

For those who don’t know, I actually lived in Ottawa before, and a piece of my heart has always stayed there. It feels so special to be heading back to a city I already know and love. And for anyone wondering… yes, the lease is signed for a few years, so you won’t be seeing another moving announcement from me anytime soon lol.

Although I’ll be based in Ottawa, I will absolutely still be offering sessions in Sudbury throughout the year. I’ll be making regular trips back home, so if you’ve been thinking about booking a session, don’t hesitate to reach out! Sudbury has played such a huge part in my journey, and I’ll always love coming back to capture your memories.

To everyone in Ottawa, I can’t wait to meet you and capture your stories. I’m so excited for the opportunities, connections, and memories this new adventure will bring.
