I had a conversation with my therapist, and she mentioned this.

Remember the deer turned wolf incident 😅 (check out my second last reel). It’s crazy how quickly my mind went to wolf, lol I actually imagined a wolf but it was just an innocent deer. I had gone out for the walk because I needed a breather and change of scenery.

As people in business, rest will always be important. I’ve seen many reels that say a business is not a 9 to 5, but an all around the clock affair, which is true.

But remember at a 9 to 5 job, you may have paid sick days (so you and the company can afford the time off). At your business, a sick day will cost you.

So take the time to rest your body, especially your mind, so you can do what’s best for the health of your business.

Happy Monday!
Hope you enjoyed the Easter Holiday. It was definitely busier than I expected but exciting.

But it’s a new week, with new responsibilities and opportunities, so we move 😄😄

I’m going to start sharing BTS of my self portraits because it’s always a stressful and funny process 😅

Happy Monday!

So I learned a valuable lesson when the Tornado of 2018 happened.

I was in driving school then and it was my last class. I needed to hand in some assignments. I held off on printing them because I “had time”. Wrong 😑

The tornado happens, my power goes out, and I couldn’t print a thing. Thought I could get some exception to complete the class and hand the assignments in at another time, but they said no. What shocked me was, the driving schools continued like nothing happened, even though we just had a natural disaster

So I needed to wait two more weeks 🙃

In summary, if you have the time and energy to do a thing, just do it now. Make your content, meal prep, take that nap!

You don’t know what the next moment will hold. And life will always continue, whether you are prepared or not

YIELDED 🥀

I had an opportunity to join women and pray for over 12 hours.

I felt the need to take my camera and at certain moments got up to capture these and many more.

Photography isn’t just capturing beauty. But documenting moments between what we see and can’t see.

Thank you again for being you and doing what God has called you to do.
