The camera sees everything.
“If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.”
You know that old chestnut? Well, in real estate photography, it absolutely applies.
Preparation of the home usually falls on the seller, which is out of the agent’s control. But just because it’s not your responsibility, doesn’t mean it’s not your problem.
You’ll still get blamed for a bad shoot. You’ll still suffer if the visuals don’t drive booked visits.
There is a solution.
Helping your seller understand how to prepare, step by step, in the days leading up to and on the day of the shoot, will vastly increase the likelihood of success.
I wanted to help agents with this, so I created a Seller Prep Guide as part of my Market Ready Launch System.
I’m giving it to you for free, so you can send it to your clients before the shoot is booked.
Just send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.
