Back in 2024, Oscar-nominated directors Kate Davis & David Heilbroner came to film the Dorothy Project as part of their documentary on the eclipse.
Nearly two years later, TOTALITY is finally ready — and they’re giving us the incredible privilege of hosting its World Premiere at FNC, in their presence.
And that’s not all… FNC has given us a Carte Blanche for a full evening at the Agora of the UQAM Science Centre, so we can celebrate this crazy journey together. 🚀 We’ll be screening our latest creations, bringing you into our films through VR, and then turning the place into a dance floor until it’s time to call it a night. 💃 🪩
Come for the film. Stay for the party.
And most importantly: the entire evening is FREE! 🤯
Bring your friends, bring your curiosity, and come celebrate with us !

This summer, Mission Umbra and the documentary Dans l’ombre de la mission had their French premiere at the Cité des télécoms in Brittany, during a special event held on August 12, 2026, for the solar eclipse.

The films were projected directly onto the Radome, a massive 50-meter-high sphere.

A little piece of history: in 1962, the 340-ton antenna housed beneath the Radome received the first live television images transmitted from the United States to France via the Telstar 1 satellite, marking the birth of global live television.

The Dorothy Project in National Geographic.

Mission Sköll, our stratospheric expedition to Iceland to film the total solar eclipse, is part of the feature “What Begins When an Eclipse Ends?”, published in National Geographic National Geographic España.

It is an immense honour for our whole team to appear in these pages. For over a century, National Geographic has been telling the story of this planet: its landscapes, its fragility, its beauty. Seeing our work there means finding our own mission reflected in a publication that taught generations how to look at their world differently.

Thank you to journalist Carmina Balaguer
Thank you to MaryLiz , Ari Bruce Eisenstat and the whole Iceland Eclipse team for welcoming us in Iceland and making this mission possible.

"To infinity and beyond" 🧑🏻‍🚀

We are incredibly excited to be partnering with The Dorothy Project to bring Mission Umbra to Vae Care participants.

For years, our virtual field trips have taken people to coastlines, mountains and towns around the world. This time, we're taking them beyond it. 🌍🚀

These are some of the first reactions from participants at Katharine House Hospice after travelling to the edge of space. 💙

And this is only the beginning... 🤫
