A bright, refreshing cocktail bursting with juicy watermelon, fresh strawberry, a hint of citrus, and topped with crisp ginger soda. Finished with bold overproof rum, it's the perfect balance of sweet, refreshing, and full of summer flavour.

Recipe:
🍹 1.5 oz Wray & Nephew Rum® - CA Overproof Rum
🍓 1.5 oz strawberry purée
🍉 2 oz watermelon juice
🍋 1 oz lemonade
🥤 Top with ginger soda

Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint.
