This might be one of my favorite photo sets ever. Lake We showed up later in the day / early evening at Lake Louise. We walked the length of the lake basically during sunset. The photos/colors you see at this lake are usually from when the sun is high in the sky, but what we witnessed as the sun was on its way down - it felt like a mystical place. Not a lot of people around. It felt like we were there just when we needed to be, and we enjoyed every second of it.

Day 4 - part IV
Moraine Lake. One of the most photographed lakes in the world. We got in at nearly 8pm, then drove the long windy road to the tiny lot, and still had to figure out a way to park. It’s not as easy as it used to be to get there, but man…it’s worth every second of the rat race. Everywhere you look, just pure magic! 🏔

Day 4 - part III
Marble Canyon - we went into British Columbia for the first time ever and had no idea what to expect, and sure enough we were blown away! I highly recommend anyone visiting Banff national park to skip Johnston Canyon, and instead visit Marble in BC. Much easier access, way better views, and you can go right down and touch the water. There was a fire here in BC years ago, and it’s left the rock in this volcanic like form.

Day 4 - part II
Vista lake is an absolute hidden gem of . You gotta know where it’s at, and if you’re feeling up for it, you can hike down and take a swim and just see incredible vantage points. We hiked until we didn’t see any berries left on the bushes, without bear spray and only in a group of two we had to turn back. But man the views we got to witness were incredible!

Day 1 & 2 of vacation. Saw my longtime YouTube crush at the airport, then realized we are on the same plane 😂. First flight uneventful, then all hell breaks loose. Had to run across Montreal airport to make our next flight. RIP to the old couple who probably missed it. 👴🏻👵🏻 Flight to Calgary circled the airport not 1…not 2…but 6 times. Didn’t have enough fuel to keep doing that so they took us to…Edmonton?! Sat forever, then down to Calgary to arrive 4 hours late. Off to a great start 🤣.
Day 2, much better. Fantastic brunch , so so good. Then *chefs kiss*, then because YES. Meg’s face says it all (she had a blast). 🕹
