Fall is the beginning of Cold Dip season for me and lots of others in this community.

And I just happened to find a sweet little spot that has all the essentials for this seasons dips.
Including a beautiful cedar sauna!

I was so happy to be a part of this shoot!

I like to be involved in my community and the businesses that I believe in.
The very first time I stepped foot into a Sauna was at my Grandparents Cottage an hour outside of Helsinki Finland🇫🇮 I was 6 years old…

This lifestyle/ way of life (SISU) has always been deep within my roots. I practice this proudly in honour of my heritage and late father. As it brings me stability, presence and peace.
