This weekend the volunteers from will be at the fall craft show hosted by . GROW is a non- Profit very dear to my heart. The communities impacted by this Ghanaian based, grassroots society, continue to thrive by supporting the women at the heart of their communities. 100% of funds collected through the sale of their amazing handmade Shea butters and Ghanaian made baskets sales goes back to the women. GROW is dedicated to supporting rural women in their choices for a healthy community. If you are in kelowna check out their booth and pick up my favorite she’s butter of all time.

It’s been quite the time the last 6 months! It feels like my life got turned upside down and turned the right way up, all in one breath. I’ve been on the road with Archer (my now 10 month German Short Haired Pointer) since the end of March 2022. The longest we’ve stayed somewhere is 2 months and the shortest 20 mins (a horrible Airbnb experience where I was harassed by a neighbour on arriving who was upset their neighbours were renting out their property.) It’s been quite the adventure with highs, lows and everything in between….

Loved shooting this entire series for Natalie.

Anyone else bored/ tired of what’s being spoken about in the “spiritual” space? It just seems to be the same stuff going round and round. Or even sometimes people just copying what’s brought someone else “success” and passing it off as their own. Or seeing what someone else has channeled and then doing their version. The “spiritual” space on IG has changed a lot in the last 6 years…and to be honest I’m wondering where my place in it is. New ideas and identity shifts in how I want to show up and share are front and centre in my sphere right now. Are you inspired by what you see in the “spiritual” space on here or do you come on here out of habit? I’d love to know ✨

I personally want something that’s different. That really makes me think. That stops me in my tracks vs the same old “you are transforming” or “do this thing and you’ll heal” messages…

So yes these are some of my latest thoughts/ questioning about IG.

Change is happening
Identities and labels crumbling.
