I was looking out the gallery window and saw a gentleman in an electric wheelchair pass by with his dog on lease jogging beside him. I was actually touched by the partnership, I pivoted right and this is the painting I saw. JIm White’s, Walking the Fence Line. 9x12 $220. I recall a photo of my late dad on his farm with his dog along the fence line. I had to sneak the photo of him as he hated his picture taken. All of this brought me to the value of dogs/pets in our life. Wonderful partners without judgement, only live and acceptance. An artist creates connection, to a place, to a memory and in some cases, in a way you can’t explain. We always invite people to look around and find connection. So many artists and diverse styles here in the gallery. Well worth the trip.

It's getting close to that time of year when the fields turn from green to gold. I finish two pieces based on some sketches I did last year.
