I’m originally from Nova Scotia, but life brought me to Newfoundland in 2013 — and it quickly became home. I’m married to my best friend, who also happens to be the amazing father of our two handsome boys, Alex and Carter. Before photography, I worked as a paramedic. I loved helping people, but the demands of the job, the emotional weight, and the toll it took on my heart became too heavy. So in J

une 2022, I took a leap of faith and stepped into photography full-time — a passion I’ve had since I was young. It’s been the most fulfilling decision of my life. This was my very first 30+ birthday milestone session, and honestly... I think she set the bar pretty high.

From the stunning gowns to the confidence she brought into the studio, every image felt like it belonged in a magazine.

Birthdays aren't just another year older, they're a celebration of who you are, where you've been, and everything still to come.

Well… Facebook and I had a falling out. 😅

I was locked out of my account and couldn’t access any messages for a while, which sent me straight into panic mode. If you’ve been waiting for a reply, I sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience while I got everything sorted out.

The good news: I’m back!

The lesson learned: I’m moving all future inquiries to email. Messenger deciding to hold my business hostage was stressful enough the first time. 😂

☀️ SUMMER BUCKET LIST ☀️

The other day I realized something that stopped me in my tracks.

With one son heading into Grade 8 and the other into Grade 6, I only have about 5 and 7 summers left with them before they graduate.

Suddenly, summer feels a little different.

The beach days, ice cream runs, campfires, road trips, and all those little moments that seem ordinary today won’t always be part of our everyday life. So this year, I’m making a point to slow down and soak it all in.
