My second podium win of the year happened last weekend. I been really surprising myself this year and I am really finding my stride and speed this year🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I just turned 48 years old and to be honest. I never thought I would ever see a podium ever again. Even though in the big picture, it really doesn’t matter, but it still feels really good to be good at something, I truly enjoy. Since I started my journey 3 years and 8 months ago, I am exactly where I want to be, healthy, running, and my mind is as strong as EVER ❤️
I also want to give the Birchwood bender props🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 this event was well organized and definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back next year or any race Borrey Kim organizes with his team! So thank you to all the volunteers, Search and rescue team, and our Photographer Syz Bicz❤️👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you to the cyclists Kev Dominguez for the video of me running from his bike 🙌🏽.

This is a huge running accomplishment for myself… It seem to be out of my reach until recently, a couple weeks ago I ran a 20 min 19 seconds 5k and I was like, 🤔 I can probably sub 20 mins this year…. Well today was the day, I want to thank Ghost energy for making my heart race and my neck hairs stand prior to the run… I felt like a greyhound at the starting gate 😂! Now I done this goal, I guess my next goal is to go faster 🤷 😂
