I am so ridiculously proud of my best friend! The corporate life was no longer satisfying her and she found passion in yards of fabric and spools of thread, so she cut ties with the 9-to-5, and completely re-tailored her life (see what I did there). She’s officially launching her own alteration business, and her talent is unreal. Here are a few detail shots I snapped of her in her element. So endlessly proud of her for proving it is never too late to follow your passion!

Sacrament season rolls on 🕊️

This time, it was my handsome nephew who celebrated his Confirmation, taking a beautiful next step on his journey of faith.

The absolute best part of the day was watching history repeat itself in the sweetest way. Just like my older sister was my sponsor all those years ago, his older brother stepped up to be his sponsor.

Congratulations, to my incredible nephew! I am so endlessly proud of you and can't wait to see where your journey leads you next.

As you know, generational family sessions hold such a special place in my heart. I always say that photography shapes our visual legacy, leaving future generations with a tangible piece of history to hold onto.

But the absolute best part? Seeing families play, laugh, and just enjoy being together. Once the "formal" photos were done, the real fun began!

There is something incredibly magical about the direction weddings are heading these days.

Lately, couples are stripping away the traditional pressures and focusing entirely on what matters most. Anisa and Steve’s gorgeous elopement-style wedding was the perfect reminder that a truly beautiful celebration only needs three simple ingredients: an officiant, a location, and a whole lotta love.

It was simple, deeply personal, and completely filled with joy. Thank you, Anisa and Steve, for letting me capture these memories for you!

How do you know you have the absolute best coworkers ever? When they give you the gift of professional photography for your wedding ceremony!

Emily & Sean are heading off to Jamaica to celebrate their wedding with 100 of their closest friends and family. Since that’s where the big party is happening, they weren't planning on having a photographer capture the "official business" back home... Enter Emily's amazing coworkers, who made sure this special moment was captured for them!

I am so incredibly happy I got to spend an hour with these two (and their 6 guests), right in the spot where Sean proposed. In spite of the unexpected rain and a swarm of relentless midge flies, we had the most awesome time together.
Enjoy the party in Jamaica and congratulations again!!!!

Generational photo sessions are always my favourite, and there is something so special about reconnecting with people who have been in front of your lens before. It’s been a lifetime of seasons since we last captured portraits of all of these beautiful humans, and seeing how the kiddos have grown and how their stories have unfolded and grown in the years between is the greatest reward of this job. Truly a full-circle moment.
