There is something so therapeutic about going down roads you've never been on, no maps or apps with maps, some cool tunes and the air fleeing behind you.
It almost feels like a rebirth.

Life lately ...

Personally, I'm quite happy the sun decided to show up finally and bring some heat with it.
So, I've taken my Fuji x-pro 3 out for walks and roadtrips along with my furkids and I am excited to say I feel like I may be getting my mojo back.
I've been in a bit of a slump past few months for more reasons than one but I think all artists hit a wall every now and then until something revives us.
Has that happened to you? What do you do when it does?
Creating new shooting recipes for my camera to shoot in, did it for me. It's like rediscovering my love for photography.
It doesn't matter what you use to shoot with though, it's just finding creative ways to do it that sometimes makes all the difference.
So, grab your phone, camera, polaroid, take some photos and show me!

The top of Oman, Jebel Shams also known as Mountain of the Sun, the highest peak of Oman at 9,902 feet, was surreal.
It's no joke to be up that high. The temps dropped from 26C at the bottom of the mountain to 6-10C in the afternoon and by night it's at below 0C and I got altitude sickness, (extreme nausea) so I had to change my overnight stay and drive down the mountain for a few hours to the nearest city, Nizwa.
Incredible to see it but I can safely say, I won't be doing that one again. The roads up that mountain were pretty freaky to say the least.
Definitely, a must see though. Also, make sure you have a really good 4x4.
