I made one mistake.
I put my motorcycle helmet on the grass for five minutes.
Now there are ants inside it.
So obviously I can never wear it again.
I don’t make the rules.

I spent an hour looking for the TV mounting screws.
They’re not in the screw bucket, obviously.
They were in the tape bucket.
Along with a handful of random drywall screws that apparently immigrated there at some point.

ADHD is an adventure.

This is my happy place.
Until my brain remembers horror movies exist.
Then I’m convinced someone’s standing outside the door…
…and somehow my only escape route is through them.

Is this neurodivergence… or am I just weird?

Started a new job, and I remembered one of the weirdest things about myself…

I cannot say people’s names to their face.

Even if I’m sure I know it.
Even if it’s on your desk.
Even if we’ve been friends for years.

My brain always leaves room for the possibility that I’m wrong.

Please tell me I’m not the only one.

I genuinely need to know if this is an ADHD/neurodivergent thing or if my brain is just a goblin.
I tried to stop my treadmill run at a clean number… but the calories kept replacing the distance counter at the exact wrong moment.
At one point I became fully convinced I might never be able to stop running because ending on 1.27 km felt emotionally unacceptable.
So now I’m apparently in psychological warfare with exercise equipment.
