For some reason, a lot of the shots on this roll didn't turn out well. They were out of focus. I think this was down to ...

For some reason, a lot of the shots on this roll didn't turn out well. They were out of focus. I think this was down to the focusing screen I was using in the Nikon F4 at the time. It had no focus assists, so I was relying entirely on my eye and the digital rangefinder confirmation dot, which apparently lied to me a lot.

I've since replaced that screen with one that makes focusing manually much easier.

These are some of the few shots that did turn out to be in focus. Most of these were taken with the 50mm f/1.4 AIS, and all of them were taken on Kodak Gold in Drumheller and Rowley.
