I’ve always felt that I’ve had some wolf energy. This beautiful wolf was happy to have me as part of the pack. The host Tonya was full of love and stories and gifted me some falcon medicine as well. Thank you very much for a wonderful afternoon🙏🏽💜

Doesn’t get much better! My view from work this week. Also happens to be a beach that I frequently run to and meditate at. I’ve had so many visions, epiphanies, and manifestations born from this spot. This is going to be a great week of contemplation and manifestation that is going to turn into an awesome summer of “my way”!

No stranger danger here😂. Overheard a conversation and couldn’t help but laugh. Apparently we both have one calf larger than the other. This is due to stepping with the same foot first while climbing stairs. Funny how I thought I might be the only one. In the tree tops of the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park where there are a large amount of stairs😂
