Very thankful for great weather and the last minute opportunity to be here for even one day. Truly the last race of the year for me. We'll see what next year brings. Definitely a much better way to end the race season this year than last year.

Something that I always enjoyed putting together while covering races for The WWOMS was a visual finishing results album. Glad to be able to do that for this weekend's NASCAR Canada Series event at Calabogie Motorsports Park .

Well, let's fix that. That entire weekend was rainy... only on track action was the which are as fast as they look on TV. Crazy stuff. Xfinity was ready to qualify, but never got the chance sadly. A chance to work on driver shots at least.

I didn't anticipate anything car related to be involved with this day except watching all the motorsports highlights when I got home. However, I made a detour when it looked like the highway up ahead was closed, and ended up at a father's day car show at .

There was quite a bit of vintage American muscle on display, which is always great to see, but these cars really caught my eye, so snapped a few quick shots before heading back on the road. Caught the end of the NASCAR race, so that was a great way to cap off the day.
