A little country, a whole lot of love. 🤎

Golden hour, open fields, a herd of curious onlookers and two people completely wrapped up in each other, this rustic engagement session was everything. There’s just something about love photographed under that warm evening sun that gets me every time. ✨

Rain may not have been part of the plan, but it certainly didn’t stop these two. 🤍☔️

I had three weddings on this rainy day, and my heart ached a little for each of my couples when I saw the forecast. You spend so much time imagining your wedding day, and of course you hope for perfect weather.

But this is such a beautiful reminder that the weather doesn’t make the day — the people do.These two embraced every bit of it, umbrellas and all, and their love somehow shone right through those clouds. 🥹

And just like that, my time in the sunflower fields has officially come to an end for another summer. 🌻✨

Oh my, was it ever beautiful. There’s just something so magical about capturing families, couples, little laughs, and sweet moments surrounded by rows and rows of sunflowers. 🤎

So thankful for everyone who joined me in the fields this year and trusted me to capture these memories.

These sweet faces are regulars of mine, and they are always such a dream to photograph. Every year I get to watch these little ones grow, capture their personalities, and create another set of memories for their mama. 🥹

There’s something so special about watching a family grow in front of my camera. 🤍

I’ve had the honour of photographing this family since their son was just a newborn, and getting to continue documenting all these little chapters as their family grows is something I never take for granted.

From those tiny newborn days to running along the shoreline, skipping rocks, and soaking up summer together — it’s pretty incredible to look back and see just how much has changed while some things, like their bond, stay exactly the same. 🌊☀️

These are the sessions that remind me why I love what I do. Getting to know families, watching their kids grow, and preserving these memories for them year after year. 🤍
