A sneak peak at a super special session for this year’s Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador, Mikayla!

This session served as a way to wrap up Mikayla’s experience as Ambassador, capturing her journey of growth and learning in this past year. It was especially cool that Stephanie (a past Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador) and owner of let us run around her lavender field to capture these memories!

A few weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure and insanely cool opportunity to capture the AALP Dream Gala held at the Grand River Raceway. The most surreal part of the experience was knowing I was in a room FULL of important agricultural leaders. A truly inspiring place to be as I watched classmates and industry professionals network, reconnect, chat, hug, laugh, place a few bids, eat some great food () and share a few drinks.

You know what makes grad and senior sessions feel the most special? Including little details and people that feel like ✨you✨!

Lovely Heather was blessed to teach a class of little kiddos in her last year at Laurier Brantford that absolutely captivated her heart and solidified her love for teaching. She brought along a handmade grad cap covered in butterflies, each one signed by one of her students. It was more than just a prop, it told part of her story, and made her grad portraits so much more meaningful!

Graduating isn’t just about the diploma. It’s about celebrating everything that got you to this moment, and I love helping tell that story through your grad photos!!

It was truly such a pleasure to photograph the friendship between these girls as they all graduated from Laurier’s Bachelor of Education program! 🎓✨

It was so bittersweet getting the opportunity to capture some grad photos for these girls during the same week as my own convocation. How sweet yet sad it is to be moving on in your own direction, away from the girls who have been your rocks for the last few years. It’s a true mix of happiness, pride, and sadness knowing you’ve made it, but realizing that means your girls won’t just be down the hall from you anymore. 💜

Good luck to all five of you beautiful girls as you begin your careers as teachers, continue your education, and take on whatever adventures come next!🍎

If you told first-year Emily she’d graduate with an Agriculture Science degree and be running a photography business, she probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Over the last four years, I’ve gained so much more than a degree. I’ve found lifelong friends, met incredible people, made meaningful connections, and had opportunities that helped me grow in ways I never expected.

I’m so so grateful for this chapter and everyone who was part of it!

Here’s to growth, taking chances, and seeing where life takes you next✨
