📢 We're Hiring: Merchandising & Production Supervisor
Location: Bangladesh

Artsell Agency is looking for a Merchandising & Production Supervisor to join our growing team. If you have experience coordinating production, handling materials, and supporting garment development processes, we would love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Order Coordination
Collect order details from the sales team and coordinate with the production team.
Ensure accurate communication of product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Material Follow-up
Monitor fabric, trims, and other materials required for production.
Maintain stock records and ensure materials are available on time.
Pattern & Sample Support
Assist in pattern development and sample preparation.
Check samples to ensure they match the order requirements.
Production Monitoring
Track daily production activities.
Support smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.
Costing & Quality Support
Assist in material costing and production planning.
Monitor basic product quality and report any issues.
Reporting & Team Support
Maintain production and order reports.
Support supervisors in managing the production team and workflow.
🔹 Requirements
Basic understanding of garment merchandising and production processes.
Ability to coordinate between multiple teams (sales, production, design).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Experience in garments or manufacturing is preferred.
