■ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ အာချေးပြည်နယ်မှာ ရိုဟင်ဂျာ ၁၁၆ ဦးလိုက်ပါလာတဲ့ စက်လှေကို ဒေသခံတံငါသည်တွေ ဒီနေ့ ကယ်တင်လိုက်တယ်လို့ AP သတင်းက ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

စက်လှေပေါ်လိုက်ပါလာသူတွေဟာ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံ ကော့ဘဇားဒုက္ခသည်စခန်းကနေ ထွက်လာကြတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေဖြစ်ပြီး မလေးရှား ဒါမှမဟုတ် အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံကို သွားဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ကြသူတွေဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာရဲချုပ် က AP သတင်းဌာနကို ပြောထားပါတယ်။

လှေပေါ်ပါလာသူ အများစုက ကလေးတွေနဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးတွေဖြစ်တယ်လို့လည်း သတင်းမှာ ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

အာချေးနဲ့ မြောက်ဆူမားတြားပြည်နယ်တွေကိုလည်း ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့လက ရိုဟင်ဂျာ ၄ဝဝ ဝန်းကျင် လှေတွေနဲ့ ရှောက်ရှိခဲ့ပါသေးတယ်။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဒုက္ခသည်များဆိုင်ရာ မဟာမင်းကြီးရုံး (UNHCR) တာဝန်ရှိသူ Faisal Rahman ကလည်း အာချေးအရှေ့ပိုင်းကို ဒုက္ခသည်စုစုပေါင်း ၁၁၆ ဦး ရောက်ရှိလာတယ်လို့ ပြောထားပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်နဲ့ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် ဒုက္ခသည်စခန်းတွေက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေဟာ ငတ်မွတ်ခေါင်းပါးမှု၊ အလုပ်အကိုင်ရှားပါးမှုတွေကြောင့်အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနဲ့ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံတွေကို ဦးတည်ပြီး စက်လှေတွေနဲ့ သွားနေကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

UNHCR စာရင်းတွေအရ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့နှစ်အတွင်း အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံကို ရိုဟင်ဂျာ နှစ်ထောင်ကျော် ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပြီး အဲဒီအရေအတွက်ဟာ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ လေးနှစ်အတွင်း ရောက်လာတဲ့ အရေအတွက်ထက် ပိုများနေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အင်ဒိုနီးရှားကို ရောက်လာတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်တွေ များလာတာကြောင့် ဒေသခံအများစုက ကန့်ကွက်တာတွေ၊ မောင်းထုတ်တာတွေ ရှိနေပေမဲ့ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအပါအဝင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအဖွဲ့တွေက ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်တွေကို လက်ခံပြီးကူညီပေးဖို့ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားအစိုးရကို တိုက်တွန်းထားကြပါတယ်။

အင်ဒိုနီးရှားအစိုးရကလည်း ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့နှစ်ကစပြီး သူတို့နိုင်ငံကိုရောက်လာတဲ့ ရိုဟင်ဂျာအရေအတွက် သိသိသာသာများလာတာကြောင့် ဒီအရေးကိုကူညီဖြေရှင်းဖို့ နိုင်ငံတကာကို အကူအညီတောင်းခံထားပါတယ်။

ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်တွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှု အပါအဝင် အမျိုးမျိုးသော ကိစ္စရပ်တွေကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပြီး အခြားစခန်းတွေကိုလည်း သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးအကြံပေးအရာရှိ တော်ဖိခ် ဟာစံ ကလည်း အိုင်စီစီရှေ့နေချုပ်နဲ့ အဖွဲ့ဟာ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်ကို လာရောက်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့ထိ နေထိုင်ကာ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးမှုတွေကို ပြုလုပ်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံယာယီအစိုးရဲ့ အကြံပေးအရာရှိချုပ် ဒေါက်တာ ယူနွတ်စ် နဲ့ လည်း တွေ့ဆုံပြီး ရိုဟင်ဂျာအရေး ဆွေးနွေးမှာ ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ သတင်း ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အိုင်စီစီရှေ့နေချုပ်ဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့နှစ် ဇူလိုင်လကလည်း ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်ကို နောက်ဆုံးအကြိမ် လာရောက်ခဲ့ပါသေးတယ်။

The number of Rohingya risking their lives on dangerous sea journeys is skyrocketing. With violence in Arakan/Rakhine escalating and no future in the overcrowded camps of Bangladesh, thousands are left with no choice but to flee.

🚨 RMCN’s Executive Director, Yasmin Ullah, spoke on Al Jazeera, calling attention to this unfolding crisis. In Aceh, Indonesia, we’ve been on the ground providing life-saving humanitarian aid, psychosocial support, gender-sensitive care, and safe housing for Rohingya survivors.

‼️ But this is just the beginning. As the genocide rages on, more boats will arrive. We urgently need a humane onboarding process NOW to ensure these vulnerable people are treated with dignity and care. The world must act—lives are at stake.
