Stolen Moments by Verma Vitales Photography 'Stolen moments' is about stealing a moment of life in pictures. I shoot children and family pictures in natural setting. I want to freeze time.

I am a mother of two who constantly wishes to freeze time and steal a moment to play over and over again because its going too fast, too soon. Capturing these in photos is my passion. I shoot in a natural setting, children at play and families sharing that moment together. I capture these in prints and photobooks as an essay for that moment. Verma Wiredworm sweet reminder that I need to reboot.

The little people who keeps me inspired. They are the ones who keeps me from leaving my camera on the shelf for good. They keep me going because the lens stops time. Its my time capsule. I cannot stop them from growing up but I can cheat time in my little black box. This photo, not intending to get any commendation but just a test on resolutions for competition entry, manage to catch the attention of photog gurus and editors of and gave me a certificate! I'm hooked now.

Unedited photos from today's Australia Day regatta, 1 of 2. It was challenging, 39c now at 8pm, it is still 28c. We camp on the club ground. Wonderful model! This is our second Aus Day regatta, first one was last year. A little cool then! Hopefully some relief from the heat tomorrow? Geographe Bay Yacht Club

Note, it is a bit dark so I won't accidentally blow out the details.
