Bee kisses….

Maybe not what it seems… watch the video and you’ll witness it’s not a kiss but more likely a competitive approach by the introduced feral European bee to the slightly smaller native bee in order to poach the pollen.

This is the first native bee we have documented on our native verge and super excited to ID it, if you or anyone has some bee skills reach out!

Big fire up at Gnagara today, we were just passing by at the right time to show the kids the water bombers. Massive aerial effort from the team, hats off to the pilots involved both heli and planes, quite a few runs but they got the bush fire under control swiftly! Couldn’t see the ground support but I’m sure they were in the thick of it!

Who doesn’t love a delivery day!! Especially when Leofoto get those products out to you super fast!

A great solution to a common problem with long lens feet. I run and gun a fair bit these days and switch between monopod gimbal heads to tripods and stabilisers and the CF-07 replacement foot for the Canon 24-105 F2.8L is a perfect for my needs. No longer stressing about finding double bolts to ensure a stable plate connection!

Had a fun morning yesterday, mostly shooting south facing at Mettams with wifey out with the surfing mums Nov, but spun around for a few frames of these two blokes shredding up a right between reef! They were having such a good time! Nice work fellas! If you know them tag them!

World Sea Turtle Day.
Just your average green turtle doing laps off Ningaloo, like it’s no big deal.
Been cruising these waters for millions of years—long before our GoPros and fins showed up.

If you’re lucky enough to cross paths with one, don’t crowd it. Watch, float, and take it in.
