Melt Creative Melt Creative Studio is a commercial food and product photography studio based in Toowoomba, working with brands across Brisbane, the Gold Coast.

Specialising in Food & Product Photography & Food Styling. I have been photographing and styling food for a number of years and I understand the impact that visually stunning images can make to a project and make it shine. As the saying goes "a picture speaks a thousand words" and this is never as true in our instagramable world. Have you got a bunch of recipes that need some beautiful images to accompany them? Menu photography but make it chic! 🤌🏻 I had the privilege a couple of years ago to shoot a number of menu items through various restaurants in Southbank Brisbane with eatSouthBank for a Festival Nights activation. This entailed pulling a very heavy gorilla trolley full of lighting equipment, backgrounds and props many km’s throughout the area, setting up and packing down - I got my workout that day but the images turned out. 🫰🏻

Same same but different 🍔 - I’ve been photographing burgers since 2010 and here’s a varied array harking back to that time up to present day. Variations of fillings, styling, props - some in restaurant settings some prepped and styled in the studio, some for cookbooks, some for menu or product shoots. One thing they all have in common. We opted for a fun wardrobe paired with an equally cheerful product to play with - shout out to Messy Monkeys for amazing branding! Some recent 📸 for fave client Dreamfarm showcasing in use product shots of their amazing range of kitchen utensils and gadgets. So many fun things to play with. For these shoots we focus on the function of the product and the scenario you would use it in to give the customer confidence on how to use it and the why they need it in their kitchen 😉. Focus is on simple styling, bright and cheery backdrops and eye catching ingredients or food.

Like the saying goes - a picture speaks a thousand words. —> make sure yours is telling the right story.
