Please see below Terms and Conditions for JBN Photography . No bookings will be taken until the terms and conditions are read and agreed to in writing.

1. A 50 % deposit is payable at the time of booking

2. The remaining amount is to be paid 48 hours prior to shoot via bank transfer , cash payment at time of shoot is available if arranged previously and confirmed in writing by JBN

3. We requ

ire 48 hours (2 days) notice to cancel any booking

3a. JBN reserves the right to retain your booking deposit if a booking is cancelled without prior agreement and/or without 48 hours (2 days) notice
3b. Failure to be present at the time and location of the booking will result in the cancellation of the appointment by JBN. Full payment of the ordered service may be charged to you at the discretion of JBN

4. We require 48 hours (2 days) notice to reschedule any booking

4a. Rescheduling is preferred within 30 days of the original shoot date.
4b. The time and date of re-booking the shoot is at the discretion of JBN
4c. Time constraints can see the rescheduling pass 30 days

5. Your photos will be emailed to your supplied email address within 2 weeks of the shoot

5a. Photos will be held for a period of 2 months after you are advised they are available for download
5b. When the link is emailed to you PLEASE read the email carefully as there is a specified window of time to download your photos.
5c. If JBN needs to resend the link due expiration, a $30.00 fee will apply

6. All photographic materials shall be the exclusive property of JBN.

6a. JBN owns and retains full Copyright of any and all images taken.
6b. Permission is granted by you to use the images as we see fit for all Media, Marketing and Promotion. Including but not limited to Film, Television, Online and Print.
6c. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client's consent.

7. A fee of $60.00 is payable for any travel over 30km from Clarence town, 2321

8. Any person added to a shoot outside the immediate family with out prior knowledge will be charged at $55.00 per person

9. JBN reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know within 48 hours.

10. JBN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to JBN.

11. It is the client's responsibility to take care of any participants involved in the shoot . JBN will not accept any responsibility for any incidents/accidents to participants.

12. JBN will not accept any responsibility for damage to public or private properties during the photo shoot.

13. Package and Product Prices are subject to change without notice. This agreement is governed by the The Competition and Consumer Act 2010
