Recently i uploaded part of this Volvo cinematic talking about how trending audios ruin cinematic videos. Choosing a unique song that’s part of your style, is another layer of making that cinematic piece more unique. Trending audio has its place amongst content, but to put it over your beautiful cinematic is a crime.

That video seemed to do well so here’s a part 2 of the same cinematic :)

Trials aren’t new, but you’re not using them properly

A lot of creators are unintentionally creating multiple versions of a piece of content and only posting one, the whole point of trial reels is so you can do AB testing and see which ones work and dig deeper into why.

Because while you develop your style and figure out what you like posting, you can use trial reels to figure out what performs best of the content you do make. You find the middle ground between those two things and you double down.

Let me hold your hand when i tell you, you don’t need a new camera to start photography or even videography.

Did you know can shoot Apple ProRAW with an iPhone 12 pro and newer? That means larger dynamic range allowing you to edit the image you like you would have with a dedicated camera.

And you can shoot Apple Log on iPhone 15 pro and newer, meaning colour grading videos off of your iPhone.

Still not convinced? Im dropping a Lightroom preset to edit your iPhone photos and i promise you it’ll change the way you look at your phone.
