To all my friends, collegues, and to the many clients that have supported and shared in my journey over the past 13 years.
It is with deep saddness that I have to announce the coming closure of this chapter in my life. A chapter that I will cherrish and look back on to the friendships and life long learnings and growth of my own personal development and to the skills I have learnt along the way.

It is with both joy, saddness but at the same timeI am beyound grateful for all the support over those 13 years, and for all that I have been able to achieve.

I will be putting all my energy into being an active Granny to our beautiful grand daughters and family, as well as focusing on another business that I have been working on behind the scenes.

A journey to improved health and vitality, a journey that holds so many opportunities to continue to learn, to continue develop in other skills and to connect and teach others what I have learnt along the way. So please stay tuned and lookout for my new page soon to be realeased.

Keep smiling as you never know whos watching what you do.

Couldn't find the phone, I think someone picked it up. So annoying as they could have tried to return it as my business cards were in there.
Anyway I have a new phone now under a new contract which is also annoying as I would have liked to buy a phone outright as it's cheaper in the long run.
