Hi there👋
Thought it was about time I introduce myself properly on here.

I’m Rachael, the head behind the camera. I’m a mumma of two beautiful kids and an 11 year old Golden Retriever called Bailey 🥰.

Hubby and I have always dreamed of living close to the beach, so we made that dream come true 2 years ago. We moved into an old 1980s home through Lockdown and we jumped straight into the renovating process and haven’t stopped since. There is always something that needs to be done 🙈🛠

I’m a North Queensland girl through and through. My fond childhood memories where growing up on my Grandparents farm surrounded by cattle, crocs and sunshine and cups of tea on the veranda with my Grandma ☀️

I started my photography journey in 2017, it brings me so much joy to look back at my own pics of my kids and seeing how much they’ve grown. Although I’m super awkward in front of the camera, I’ve made it a tradition in my own family to upgrade family photos each year. It’s such an important investment, for when we leave this earth all we leave behind are the memories to look back on 📸🙏

How sweet are these sisters!!!

From the moment my clients rocked up in my studio, I felt like I’d known them forever. It was so chilled and the conversations were freely flowing. Their eldest daughter was so cooperative and just adored her baby sister 😍.
It was my absolute pleasure spending the morning with this family 🥰🙌

I see it often, parents getting stressed over their little ones not cooperating for photos. I get it and I’ve been there myself. It just takes that brief window for me to capture that precious smile.
I’m also not apposed to bribery 🙈. In this case little Hazel did it for the “Chocolate beans” (MnMs) 😂🙈😍📸
