Your thoughts: “Okay...I’m naked. Like, really naked...

There is a crazy woman behind me freaking out and saying something about gorgeous light and my neck bones (??)...

but I’m pretty sure this is gonna be awful.

Like, how many good angles can there possibly be on a naked body?

Don’t I look weird with my head flopping back here?

“That can’t be sexy...”

Time and time again...the truth is, that I don’t see you the way YOU see you.

As humans we are constantly changing.
Growing, altering, adapting.
Our cells are continuously dying and regenerating.

Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, even on a subconscious level, we shed the parts of ourselves we no longer need, we burn, and then like a Phoenix we are rebirthed from the ashes.

But what I think is more extraordinary is that we have the potential, the power to take control of our own development and choose the way we mould and contour within these changes.
We can choose to sit back, allow our minds and bodies to do the process all on its own.

Or, we can intentionally step into our lives and purposely dictate, manifest, and act upon the outcomes we desire.
And we can do this, simply by becoming more aware, more present, more actionable and more open.

Self-care, self love, cultivating happiness & lightness of thought,
Practicing living with a lightness of heart, kindness, affection, curiosity, passion and playfulness.
