This upcoming week, I am making my long anticipated return to organised fitness training and making some major changes to the eating plans around here, to start making our bodies (meaning: all of my family's) feel good.
So today I whipped up a customised Menu planner for our little family. If I could (meaning: if my husband would let me) organise and chart and laminate everything, I truly would!!

I know I've got some health conscious friends on my list.. I also know some of those people have kids.
