I have loved connecting with Arlene Dijamco Botelho earlier this year Arlene messaged me after she had read an article I wrote for Pysch Central on Healing through the lens. Since then we have had many fantastic conversations despite the time zones and I have taken part in the incredible healing arts summit she organised and more recently we have collbrated to bring to life my mindful photography course.... Very grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know this inspiring women ❤️🙏

I’ve been photographing things in my office and was drawn to this piece of artwork.
It’s been amazing using my iPhone camera in a whole new way
To create mindfulness!
What have I noticed in doing this?
I’m picking up on little details in my environment that I might not otherwise notice
💕I’m allowing even more expansion in perspective
💕I’m nourishing my intuition and ability to listen to myself
💕I’m connecting more with my surroundings and myself
It’s been a blessing to have this Mindful Photography course in my life!
