1) We accept negative feedback but will remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive or threatening. We encourage all Friends to post both positive and negative feedback, it’s a great way for us to improve our service.

will also remove content deemed to be:
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit
• Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attacks on specific groups or individuals
• Commercial solicitations
• Spam
• Somebody else’s personal information
