Not the photoshoot of my fireblade I had been planning. Had a low speed off yesterday, thankfully only a bit of road rash, sore left side from impact and a very damaged ego.

Far more importantly MY POOR BIKE!!! It appears to be mostly cosmetic and small things it still runs smoothly, hopefully the chassis isn’t bent. Will find out soon!

Attended the first session of Round 2 of the Winter Cup Hillclimb event at Gippsland Car Club that also formed a round of MG Car Club Victoria Hillclimb championship also. As usual there was a great turn out, great atmosphere and great driving on display.

By the end of just the first session I had already taken 3600 photos and was absolutely frozen so I called it there, but I'm sure the rest of the event went well!

Looking forward to seeing the results when they're published.

Going to be attending round 2 of the Winter Cup tomorrow at Bryant Park taking as many shots as I can. Good luck to all the competitors, I miss racing so much. If you see me there say G’day!

NO CANTEEN THIS WEEKEND!!
We will not have a canteen running this weekend for Winter Cup Round 2 Hillclimb.
Please bring all your required lunch, snacks and drinks!!

For spectators, entry is free and competition will kick off on Sunday at 10am!! The southern gate (Haunted Hills Road end) will also be open, in addition to our main pit and spectator area, for spectator entry and access to the great viewing area over Classic Corner!!

On Thursday night I had the opportunity to do a mini session with Paul and his immaculate Fairmont Ghia Turbo. This classy cruiser has had a snail added, tuned by INDEPENDENT MOTORSPORTS and basically one hell of a nice car. Was enjoying hearing the stories about it from Paul.

This is the first time I've really attempted a night shoot or car park shoot. For a first time I'm pretty happy with the shots. I think the upper level of the carpark would be amazing in golden hour, so I'm sure I'll be back there for future shoots too.

This evening's shoot was of Nathan's stunning VE Commodore SSV. Nathan has done an amazing job of keeping it pristine with some really cool mods, great interior and it sounds great without being obnoxious. My personal favourite part are the Maloo side skirts which really suit the big sedan!

My favourite shots from this evening's mini-shoot of Chris's VH Valiant Ranger XL

You know what they say, Mopar or No Car! This time capsule is so clean, fairly rare spec and just looks so damn cool cruising around and parked up showing it's stuff.

I really love the old VH Vals, I'd love to own my own one day, and after shooting this one, it's just made that desire that much stronger.

The mighty Hemi 265 sounded great. This car is a credit to it's owners past and present.

As some of you will know, I ride. Often I'll turn up to shows and shoots on my CBR500R.

Well about a month or so ago I finally got off my LAMS restrictions and today I put a deposit down on one of my dream bikes. I'm so damn excited.

I'll reveal it when I take delivery with a mini shoot, but in the meantime, any guesses as to what it is?
