Do not be afraid to bring some colour into your headshot session! When my studio is predominately white introducing some colours in your clothing or accessories, really makes you pop and stand out! Life is too short not to have some fun 😉

Another brilliant afternoon for the annual Heels to Heal fundraiser for RUNDIPG held at the Merewether Surfhouse on Friday. So many beautiful women (& 2 men!) came together to hear the latest lab developments on DIPG from Professor Matt Dun. This year we had the privilege of listening to Angie Daher the mother of little Eve Daher who lost her life at age 9 to Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma. The most deadliest of childhood brain cancers where on diagnosis, families are told to go home and make memories. It is fundraisers like these that make a huge difference to help fund research to try and find a cure one day and to make a real to these children and their families.

Hello!!! I have stepped out from behind the camera to say a huge welcome to everyone that has joined me here lately!

A year ago I posted a photo of myself with some fun and fancy facts so I thought it was time to do it again ;) It also helps I have some lovely updated headshots to share as well.

So here are 3 things you may not know about me:
1) I never had childhood dreams of being a photographer. I had grand plans of being a vet when I was a kid as I love animals! Of course life had its own plans so here we are. In a job that I love where I get to meet fabulous people everyday - and sometimes even their animals!!

2) I love the great outdoors - the ocean and the snow are two of my favourite places to be.

3) I am just as awkward and clumsy as anyone getting my photo taken. So I totally know how my clients can feel. I would suspect 90% of people don’t really enjoy having a camera pointing in their direction, but it is a must! Having your photo taken is something everyone should do regularly. One of my super powers is getting my clients to relax and enjoy their session as I think everyone deserves to have nice photos - for work or just for themselves. So if you have been avoiding having your headshots or branding images taken, reach out and let’s work together to get you in the frame. Your future self will thank you for it.
