Always a thrilling pleasure to be part of Media for Drift Cadet! Loved this recent Sunday Session held at Calder, even with the dark & gloomy clouds (i think the weather made the photos look better tbh)!

Another month, another Otium Club invite at Pt. Leo Estate 🥂

Went with something a bit different to my usual editing style, given the Countach and the location I thought I'd try a vintage, grainy kinda vibe..

As always, a thank you to Jesse for the opportunity and my partner Rowan for assisting with holding equipment & making sure I don't boop into other cars etc while I'm bending over backwards for a shot lol ♥️

Such a huge step outside of my comfort zone shooting cars in-motion for the whole day. I've been very hard on myself with this album, and I endeavour to end up with much more in future batches; covering all participants. A big day of learning with these supportive photographers Fine Art Drift, Aftr_dvrk, Angus Orr 🙏 Go check out their coverage of the event!

What an incredible honour to be invited to Otium Club's Drive Day to Lorne with Star Luxury Cars. I am so grateful for the opportunity and I couldn't have asked for a better way to get back into the game!! One of the friendliest community that I've had the privilege to photograph and be welcomed to, this has honestly been my favourite album to edit to date. The array of colours are stunning. I've barely dabbled in exotic supercars and so this has contributed hugely to my folio. It's good to be back.

Good evening!!

Wow. 7 months ago I made the decision to take a break from Sweetened after being diagnosed with cancer. If I've learnt something it's to do what makes me happy, and that includes my little photography business. I am so grateful for all the support whilst ill, especially from other photographers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who pushed me to pick up a camera again.
..and so I welcome you to a new chapter! New name, new logo. Sweetened will now become "Black Petal Media". I am so excited to get back into it and share my work, but most importantly; to meet new people.

Note that I have deactivated my personal Facebook and will solely operate through this page for the time being.

Let's do this, baby. Watch this space.

Hello! 👋🏼

This is going to be one of the hardest posts I've had to type up for this page.

First of all, a welcome to the sudden new wave of likes over the past month. I don't know who you are, or where you've come from, but I love you. A warm hello to my existing support also.

And now to get into the heavy s**t. I have loved Sweetened since November 3rd, 2018. The day I founded it, designed the logo, hyped all my mates up about it - I was like a kid that just drank Coke for the first time. I have developed upon my skills and knowledge in automotive photography with the expansion into event work also. Through this, I have captured the pride and joy's of many, as well as moments I am so blessed to have caught. Some of my clients are now friends that I'll know for life. What an incredible journey to have endeavoured within the car community and across my personal connections.

But unfortunately, I now embark on a new journey. Since my last post, I've gotten out of a rough relationship, I've lost my beloved uncle (rest in paradise, T 🥀) ..and I've been diagnosed with cancer; following a recent surgery which identified a tumour in my left o***y.

Given the circumstances, I have decided to hang up my precious gear until I have fought through what's next to come in my life. I will be inactive, and my equipment will be up for sale. Until I am ready to return, this is the last of me for now.

Lastly I'd like to take the time to say Ramadan Mubarak to my Muslim brothers and sisters for the holy month ahead. Do good, have good intentions. Be at peace.
