I really love photographing families at home.

There’s something about being in your own space that just makes everything feel easier. The kids can wander off, climb on the furniture, grab a snack, cuddle in, get distracted, come back again... and all of that becomes part of the photos.

This kind of session is so much less about everyone behaving and so much more about just letting your family be your family.

First I photographed their son Henry at 6 weeks old, and when Lily came along, we came back to this stage again. Different house, different season, different dynamic but same FEELING, lots of love, plenty of laughs.

Kinda like looking through your iPhone library at each of your kiddies when they hit the same age or milestone and doing a side-by-side… does anyone else do this?

Let this be your reminder to capture it while you’re in it, this is the best evidence you’ll have that your everyday was as sweet as this 🤍
