ついにECを始めます☕️🚚

メルボルンのコーヒー文化に一目惚れし、気づけば6年。
焙煎トレーニングや、夜まで仲間と焙煎・コーヒーの練習を重ねた日々❤️‍🔥

自分のブランドを持つことを夢見て、
2024年にSHIROKUROをオーストラリアで立ち上げました🇦🇺

そしてSlurp Upのイベントを通して、オーストラリア全土でカッピングを重ねました。
たくさんの方に飲んでいただき、アドバイスをいただきながら、試行錯誤を続けてきました。

その後、日本へ帰国し、
日本での生活や焙煎機・生豆の調達など、新しいことばかりの中でさまざまな準備に時間をかけながら、ようやくECショップが整いました🌏🙌

日本の方はもちろん、海外の方にもご購入いただけます😆

We’re finally launching our online store.

I fell in love with Melbourne’s coffee culture, and it’s been 6 years since then.

From roasting training to late-night sessions with friends,
we built SHIROKURO in Australia and continued cupping across the country through Slurp Up events.

We’ve shared our coffee with many people, received feedback, and kept refining along the way.

After returning to Japan, we spent time preparing everything — from roasting equipment to green bean sourcing — and finally, our online store is ready.

We ship both within Japan and internationally.

We’ll be releasing it early to our followers who have always supported us.

Official launch is on May 13.
The store will temporarily close until May 12 once sold out.

We hope every cup of SHIROKURO coffee brings a little richness to your everyday life.

SHIROKUROは日本とオーストラリア、
2つの文化を掛け合わせて生まれた名前🇯🇵🤝🇦🇺

「ホワイト」はミルクを加えたコーヒーを意味します。
それを日本語で表したのが「シロ」です。

私のパワースポット、伊勢へ！

今年は前厄やし、いろんなこともあったし、
これから新しいことを始めたいと思っているので
「全国の神様が集まる」と言われる伊勢神宮へ参拝🙏👼✨

まさかの20年に一度の儀式の日で、
めっちゃ人多かったのに最前列で見れた奇跡。笑
それもまたご縁かなと🥰

ここに来ると、気持ちがスッとする。
なんか、そういう場所ってあるよね。

悪いことも乗り越えたし、元気も出たので
前を向いて、自分らしく、マイペースに
ひとつずつ積み重ねながら頑張っていこう🤗❤️‍🔥

My power spot, Ise.

This year has been full of many things, and since it’s my unlucky year, I wanted to reset my mind and start something new, so I visited Ise Jingu.

It happened to be the day of a special ceremony that only happens once every 20 years.

I was even lucky enough to stand with TV cameramen and take photos there.
Maybe that was also a special kind of connection.

Whenever I come here, I feel calm and clear.

I think everyone has a place like that.

I’ve gotten through the hard times, and I feel positive again.

Step by step, at my own pace, I’ll keep moving forward and keep being myself.

TIMEMOREとして、神戸大丸で1週間のイベント出展しました！

美味しいコーヒーと美味しいスイーツがいっぱいで幸せな空間🥰
そして、イベント会場の関係者のみなさんが本当に素敵な方ばかりで、毎日の仕事が楽しかった🤭💓

そして国境を越えて久しぶりに再会できた方まで...♡

Coffee Pairing Festival
I exhibited with TIMEMORE at Kobe Daimaru for one week.

It was a wonderful space filled with delicious coffee and amazing sweets. More than anything, everyone involved in the event was so kind, which made every day at work really enjoyable.

I had the chance to meet TIMEMORE lovers, coffee enthusiasts, people who are just starting their coffee journey, and even friends I hadn’t seen in a long time from across the world.

It was such a fun week where I got to meet so many wonderful people through coffee.

淡路島のお気に入りのコーヒーショップ☕️🤗
今回はラテと一緒やからテイクアウトしに行ったら、
まさかの犬店内OKで嬉しすぎた〜🐕✨

エチオピアの浅煎りとラテも美味しかった😋
オーストラリアのコーヒーショップに似たVibesが好き💓
淡路島来たら、毎回ここ来てる🫶🏽

相変わらず、ラテにしか興味ないラテさん🤣
クロはフィルターコーヒーばっかり気になってたし…
名前を貫き通す、うちのわんこ達🐾笑

My favorite coffee shop in Awaji Island‼︎
I went to get takeaway with Latte this time, and it turned out dogs are allowed inside‼︎ We were so happy! yeyyy

The pour-over of Ethiopian light roast and latte were both amazing.
I love the vibes that remind me of Australian coffee shops.
Whenever I come to Awaji Island, I always stop by this place.

As always, Latte is only interested in lattes.
And Kuro was curious about the filter coffee…
Staying true to their names, my dogs.

Awaji Island has so many dog-friendly spots.
Such a lovely place.
