I’m chillin in an Airbnb below Brisbane, binge watching crime shows, drinking A LOT of liquids (have I just been dehydrated for yonks?) I feel like a water machine.
My body feels great and grateful for morning yoga. Tomorrow with be the fIRST sleep in I get or have gotten.
Plus I got to try out a sway massage (zen chi) machine. Have u done this? I think if I did 5 mins between shoots - I’d survive better.
Plus I now need a photoshoot rider, thanks non negotiable, to get through shoot days. The energy is real.
Pretty quiet here coz I’m working my day hours silly keeping balance and running my mini empire (which btw is insane) but is so infused into my identity and dopamine hits.
Working is hard. Cant force my brain to work normal hours just have to micro caffeinate and hyper focus on a task for 3 hours.
Today’s the only day I feel like I didn’t have bags under my eyes and look pretty.
I’m actually in end of ADHD diag. Journey - the long way round. Just want to get the work done in my head, you know? But I work more than anyone I know haha 🤪
I digitally wrote down pretty good journal entries - I’ve decided I cant hand write anymore I can’t read it 🤓
I wish I had a podcast that was just for fun and not turn it into a biznas. I just feel so much better everyday when I just talk talk talk.
