What did you create today?

It is full moon and the lunar eclipse. In those time we work on increasing the Sun forces.

So I experimented with tumeric photo painting.

To have better end result picture must stay at the hot Sun 40min, then it is soaked in water and sodium bicarbonate.

The results is stunning photo of flowers.

The tumeric mixture you do with alcohol( I use one for cuts). One spoon or 1,5ts to 5 of alcohol( or more, so you can paint).

You must try it!

Have you ever wool felt on a leaf?

I found this "ghost" leaf next to the creek and I wondered what it could become.

Leaf

To dry leaf left to fade
Given is another shade

With a needle I will craft
Woolen soul give to dust

What was once left to die
Little fibre brought to life.

Happy is the little leaf
home to bees it found, little
mushroom planted around.

Forest live inside of thee
What was once left to be...

The day when you SOLD a hat at FNQ!

I have some exciting news for Cairns!
In October I will start program in libraries of Introduction to felting, monthly workshops!

I have been preparing for a week at Lorien Novalis Steiner School for my early childhood course.

Last night we started making puppet for our puppet show.

Im also in process of looking for volountering at kindy, for my practical assignments and preparing for felting workshop on felting stones at Spring Fair at Cairns Hinterland Steiner School.

So it is a busy September.

This school holidays we made our hands busy and set a little display/ shop of creations.

Ellie made lots of crocheted scrunchies for hair, helped me to felt few things.

Today she sold her first scrunchie!
You had to see that smile, like she just got a lottery ticket!
