Hey! It’s been a while, so we thought it was time to introduce ourselves again. We’re Ayesha and Gavin Host - the Hosts behind Host Studio. We have been photographing all over the world together for over 10 years and still love nothing more than exploring with a camera in hand 📷

We’ve always been drawn to film - it’s how we first learn to shoot and there’s no replacement for the soft tones, grain and sense of nostalgia that comes with it. In fact, almost half of our print collection is shot on film! 🎞

These days we’re back home in Western Australia, based in Mandurah, and spending more time photographing closer to home - our beautiful south west. If you’ve ever been down south, you’ll know - WA’s south west isn’t just a place, it’s a feeling. Salty skin, barefoot beach walks, watching the surf roll in for hours on end, winding roads through the forest - that slow, easy pace that’s like no other.
Hopefully, our prints bring a little reminder of that feeling into your space long after the trip ends 🌊

We’ve just released a new collection from the Yallingup and Margaret River region - filled with beautiful black and whites, soft tones, surf and slow beach days - all capturing that unmistakable south west feeling.
