When we first started pushing construction timelapses, so many of our cameras got stolen.
Shots like this used to be expensive, cumbersome, but also not actually look great.
Work didn’t always move linearly, and the visual payoff would take too long.

We’ve been tinkering with AI over the past few months to help get your clients to visually see the your process of constructing and developing into the end product.

Just before leaving our last shoot for the day, this young couple asked us to take a family photo of them in front of their house that they were selling. Little Ellie (Aged 2) probably won’t have much recollection of living in this 2 Bed Villa, but after 7 years of living here, I’m sure her parents have had many beautiful memories here.

More than all the marketing/commercial photos we’ve taken this week which are more transactional, what we truly love about our job is the fact that we get to share in so many people’s big moments and hear their stories and learn from them. Maybe these will printed and framed somewhere in their new house where they’ll talk about their two-bedder Villa in Narwee where Uncle Daniel would come over and have beers and the family would share dinners in the backyard watching the sunset.

Virtual staging at it’s finest ✨ helping potential buyers visualise what their new home could look like. These once empty rooms could’ve been photos that buyers could’ve just skimmed through but now that they have furniture, there’s a vision which inspires one to stop and appreciate a functional layout, beautiful lights and windows that reach to the ceilings 🏠
