There are photographs you plan, and there are photographs that happen to you. This was the latter — a bolt of pure electrical fury descending on one of the world's most iconic skylines.

Sugar Pine Walk at Bago State Forest, Laurel Hill NSW hold something dear to my heart. We used to visit during school holiday. It was my kids first snow experience. Sadly, it was destroyed in the Black Summer fires of 2019/2020.
