I know that a post on here is a rare occurrence from me and it probably will continue to be… haha but this beautiful little squish needed a spot on the grid. The biggest honour I have doing this job is being invited back into key moments for couples/families/individuals… I will never take it for granted. What a privilege 🥰

I have been thinking recently about the significance of making time for Family photos… whether it’s a planned and coordinated shoot like this stunning fam… or even documenting simple moments on your phone or camera at home. Having photos and memories recorded is SO important! Don’t wait for everything to be perfect to be the frame together because the memories created and shared are so much more than a perfect collation of images… 💕

I so love that every family I get to photograph is so uniquely themselves… I don’t try for poses and specific shots but instead try to allow time and space for real moments and key memories to be created 💕 i love this little fam who has returned several times and each time seeing a different side to their family dynamic is such a joy

Lately I have been reflecting on the incredible privilege that I have had over the past 11 years to share in stories and key moments in the lives of so many individuals, couples and families. To be part of some beautiful highs and some heartbreaking lows too but all these moments are such an honour that I don’t hold lightly.

While I am not working at quite the same capacity that I once was I am still here and so blessed to have the opportunity to continue to be part of some beautiful many stories…
