Time moves so quickly. It feels like just yesterday I delivered this family’s first gallery, back when Luella was just finding her feet — and now here they are, a little bigger, a lot busier, and with another sweet soul added to the mix.

I’m endlessly grateful for friends who not only trust me with their memories but also understand the deep value of pausing to document these fleeting chapters — even when the day feels like total chaos.

When you're convinced the kids won’t cooperate, someone’s always on the verge of a meltdown, and the snack count is climbing into the thousands… it’s easy to wonder if it’s even worth it.

It is. I promise you, it’s so worth it.

There's something extra special about documenting the milestones of dear friends — freezing those little looks, big emotions, and everything in between. I can't wait to meet your baby boy 💙

With just 9 weeks to go, it’s probably about time I mentioned I have a baby on the way and that I’ll be taking some time off between the end of June and the start of October to soak up those early newborn moments and adjust to a very new routine!

I'm feeling very grateful for this season and for the kind of work that allows me the flexibility to grow both a business and a family. Photography has always connected me to stories of love, family, and the fleeting moments that matter most — and I think it’s given me a head start in appreciating just how special this next chapter will be.

Thank you to all my amazing clients (and now many friends) who’ve made this job so rewarding. I can’t wait to be back later this year, camera in hand and with a brand new perspective on motherhood. ❤

Baby Kora, just two weeks new ❤️

Thank you Emily and Ben for inviting me into your newborn bubble. There’s something so special about in-home sessions — they’re slow, calm, and entirely baby-led. No pressure, no clock-watching. Toddlers can nap, snack, show off their favourite toys (and their dance moves 🤣), and I get to sneak cuddles with your furry family members.

Yes, I’ll gently guide you into a few natural poses and capture those classic newborn moments. But what I love most is how your home adds depth to your story — the little details, the everyday moments, the quiet chaos — all of it comes together to create a gallery that feels real, personal, and full of heart.

This chapter is fleeting, and it deserves to be remembered just as it is.

A glimpse into a not-so-newborn session with sweet six-month-old, Nia. Just a little reminder that there's no rush to capture photos with your newest little one right away.

Swathi chose my Bump to Baby package, and I was more than happy to accommodate their newborn session when the timing felt right for them. It also gave her the chance to source their gorgeous traditional outfits—aren’t the colours just perfection?

We spent a lazy late afternoon in the comfort of their home and their neighbour’s sprawling, picturesque backyard. It was such a dreamy setting to capture these precious memories.

Calling all the Mums! Let's get you in the frame this Mother's Day

Because one day, these will be more than just photos. They'll be treasured memories of tiny hands, baby giggles, and those precious cuddles that slip by too quickly.
I know it's easy to stay behind the camera, but your little ones don't see what you see. They see their mum - the one who gives the best hugs, wipes away tears, and loves them unconditionally.

Join me in my cozy Eltham studio for relaxed 20-minute sessions. Cheeky grins and energetic personalities welcome!

Even if you think you've missed the window for booking a newborn session, it never hurts to reach out! Life moves fast, and I’m always happy to try and fit you in, no matter how last minute. These early moments are so fleeting, and I want to help you capture every precious detail before it slips away.

It's not everyday you get to enjoy tea and cake with someone who is almost three times your age! Will Semmler turns 101 next month and yesterday I popped by his Ivanhoe home – the same home he has lived in since 1953! – to take some portraits to mark the occasion.

Will shared stories of his life, from his journey to Australia from Czechoslovakia in 1939 to adventurous ski trips to Falls Creek. Those trips were quite the expedition - a 24-hour journey by train, bus, horse, and foot just to reach the slopes. Not to mention sharing a tiny hut built for one person with 11 of his friends - for a week!

These days, Will keeps a busy schedule as an active U3A member. Despite a minor setback from a run-in with a car last year, he maintains an impressive routine. You'll find him penning stories at his city writing class, diving into the past at the library's history sessions, chatting with shopkeepers on his local rounds, and staying fit at his seniors exercise class at the community pool.

I can't imagine having such a sharp mind or as much zest for life at his age, but I left our time together feeling in awe and inspired to find some new hobbies!
