This is your reminder to be present. Your babies won’t always be babies, however old they may be. In the middle of the chaos, the cuddles, the noise and the love… it doesn’t feel fleeting. But it really is. These years pass quietly and quickly, don’t let them slip by without saving a piece of them. Book the session because it’s the one investment that will last forever.

Child led sessions
I get it, trust me. I have a wild boy and the thought of a family session with him gives me so much anxiety but trust me when I say. I got you, I run around with the kids if that’s what they want, I be slow and act like I’m barely there if I need to be.
All I need you to do is be PRESENT. And if all goes to shi* we roll with it, we give into the demands and let them tell the story because after all this is what you will remember…. The little quirks that are THEM not the Pinterest poses you may have envisioned.

Ps the last photo is generally the outcome at one point or another. It’s not just YOUR kids.

You’ll spend somewhere between $2,500 – $4,500 setting up the absolute basics for your baby; a pram, a cot, car seat and some clothes.

But here’s the thing no one really says:
You won’t look back in 5 years and remember your pram or the nappy bag you carried.

What you will look back on?
The way they fit in your arms.
The tiny details that changed too quickly.
The feeling of that season of life.

A photo session is just a fraction of what you’re already investing… but it’s the one thing that actually grows in value over time.

It’s an investment worth its weight in gold.

Some pregnancies are celebrated with glowing bumps and baby showers.

Others are about survival.

These mothers experienced Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), a severe pregnancy illness that can cause relentless vomiting, hospitalisation, dehydration and months of isolation.

For many of them, pregnancy wasn’t magical.
It was something they had to fight through.

So this session wasn’t just about photos.
It was about documenting what came after.

The babies they fought for.
The motherhood they earned.

If you’ve experienced HG or a difficult journey into motherhood, you’re not alone and your story deserves to be remembered too.

Golden sand, soft light, and a beach all to themselves.

Sunrise sessions with newborns are something special. The world is quiet, the air is cooler, and your baby is usually calm and sleepy after an early feed. It means we can move slowly, keep things relaxed, and capture those tiny details while the morning light wraps around your family.

If you’re wondering when the best time for newborn photos is if you are not wanting an in home session. Sunrise is often the most peaceful option. No crowds, gentle light, and space for your family to just be together. ☀️

18 summers. If your lucky
If you think about it, from newborn to 18, you get about 18 summers before they’re technically adults.
But the version of them that still wants to hold your hand at the beach? Fewer.
The chubby legs, sandy-cheek, “watch me, Mum!” summers? Even fewer.

The tiny years blur.
The big years speed up.

And one day you realise you don’t get endless summers with a child, you just get a handful that feel endless while you’re in them.

I want to be able to document your summers or season before they too turn into a memory.

Family photos aren’t about getting the perfect shot.

Right now they’re this little.
Right now they still reach for you.

You don’t need perfect outfits.
Or perfectly behaved kids.
Or to “feel ready.”

You just need to show up.

The cuddles are everything.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about proof you were there 🤍

There is no time like right now

The best time for a newborn session is between 5–14 days old.
Babies are still super sleepy, naturally curled, and happy to be gently posed. After that, they start to stretch out, become more alert, and those dreamy womb-like poses are much harder to achieve.

But here’s what most people don’t realise:

✨ You don’t need a “perfect” baby.
✨ You don’t need to feel put together.
✨ You don’t need a Pinterest nursery.

You just need to show up.

I guide you through everything, what to wear, how to hold them, when to feed them, and we work completely around your baby’s needs. Expect breaks. Expect cuddles. Expect it to feel calm and unhurried.

I will never forget this session, dad stood in the doorway with tears slowly running down his cheeks watching his 2 girls at the window snuggle up for some photos. The love he had in that very moment, quietly realising that this was exactly why these photos matter.
