Black Rocks, Bundjalung National Park, is a well protected campsite hidden behind sand dunes and Banksia trees on ten mile beach. Camp sites are broken up between the scrub which is great for shade and that extra bit of privacy. The nearby Jerusalem creek offers the opportunity for a canoe or kayak. Several walking tracks are available for hikers to take in the amazing landscapes and abundance of floral and fauna the park has to offer. There is no direct 4x4 access to the beach from the campsite but foot access is easy. The miles of open beach offers great surfing or beach fishing, but be vigilant as the beach is unpatrolled. As a point of interest, the campground is dotted with old bunkers that where once used for bombing exercises during the war.

Getting there: Take The Gap Road, which is located half way between Evens Head and Iluka, from the Pacific Highway for about 20km to the campground. This road includes about 12km of unsealed road but is accessable by 2WD in all weather
