I want you to feel 100% comfortable with this, so here is exactly how it works:

Every single contribution your guests make via the QR code goes directly towards your invoice for your event coverage. Leaving only the outstanding balance, if any, due one week before your event to finalise your invoice. (If contributions reach the total of your invoice, contributions will be paused and you will be notified. You can then have the option of additional photos from the event or prints.)

And to make it easy for you to say thank you, you will receive a detailed, private list of everyone who has contributed and the amount they have contributed, so you know exactly where everything is at.
