January 2026 was a stark reminder of how quickly bushfire conditions can change in Carlisle River.

If a bushfire threatens our community this summer, do you know what you and your family will do?

Have you talked about:

What you will take with you?
What happens if conditions change quickly or roads become unsafe?
What will you do if you are at home when a fire arrives?
Don’t wait for a fire to make those decisions for you.

Come along to our Get Fire Ready event and have a chat with the Carlisle River Fire Brigade about preparing for summer and making sure your household has a plan.
